I really hate when people get bearded dragons & don’t know how to properly care for them. It’s not just “Oh I’ll buy a tank & sand.” No. Just no. Do your research before getting one & talk to owners/breeders. Before getting any animal you know nothing about. 

Just rescued a beardie from a person who thought it was okay to feed him once a week & that he didn’t need any heat or uvb lights. He’s skin & bones & is starting to get MBD. I’m so furious. 

Maybe it’s because my beardies are my babies.

I swear if you say lizards (bearded dragons, geckos, etc) are not real pets I guarantee I won’t like you. I’m crying & panicking because my bearded dragon is sick & I don’t know what’s wrong with her. I love her just as much as my cats, dog & bunny. She is like my child.
